What are you parking options? Can you back it up right against a wall to make access to the cat more difficult?

Slam it, if they can’t get under it they can’t get the cat.

You can cover it in that racy exhaust wrap stuff, they can’t use the wheeled pipe cutters on and and it clogs up an angle grinder so they’d have to remove that first. It won’t stop them, but it’ll slow them down.
