It'll be buried in the Ts&Cs and depend on which particular variety of Barclaycard you've got.
I've just changed mine from Platinum to Rewards because the newer one doesn't have foreign transaction fees.
(So to answer your original question badly, if you've got a Barclaycard Platinum, it'll charge you a fee. If you've got a Barclaycard Rewards, it won't. If you've got some other breed, it might.)
