It doesn't seem right to me that you can be in, and quite possibly win, the Tour de l'Avenir when you are already a good enough pro to come 11th in a mountain time trial at the Giro. The future is already his present. Though the VHS quality of the broadcast makes it more like a tour of the past.
Mad that the Vuelta starts tomorrow, I'm sure the Tour only finished last week. -
