Oh thats very nice! I would love to see how you did the cable routing around the rear brake, my wife has a very similar Panasonic mixte, and I've been strugling a bit with that part since switching from cantis to v-brakes.

Does anyone have a picture of a touring bike (surly )with I believe a rear rack supporting a carradice style saddle bag with a sticker on the frame that says "see you later space cowboy"
