I guess I'm overthinking it, just wanted to check I wasn't missing anything obvious.
Have my first tri coming up this weekend, Olympic distance. Fell pretty prepared for the first two events, running is quite new to me and I have never really got on with it. Did my longest run ever at 7.5km last week, so hoping that my legs hold out for another 15minutes or so on race day. Weather isn't looking ideal, it's been 35degrees for the past week or so, dropping to 12deg and rain on Sunday morning. It's going to be a lot warmer in the water than out of it!
