I know how you feel. Your chat on the show was GREAT. Obvs a bit quiet at the intro but sorted later. I tend to get a bit drunk or stoned and I lose my nerve, and anyway I seldom have anything interesting to say. When I have talked, found it toe-curlingly bad to hear later.
