Hmm not sure but some of the offroad stores used to offer a ‘road kit’ for mx bikes. Maybe worth a look?
MOT in England can be without any lights or indicators for daytime use only. The caveat is that if they are fitted they must be complete and working (ie front AND back indicators, or none at all).

Motogadget M-Unit is the go to for that sort of thing I believe?

Hey @pdlouche in thinking of getting my dry though an MOT (ITV) but need rear indicators and brake light. Any suggestions on something I can strap on?
I think this winter I'll strip it down and rebuild the wiring harness as it's a mess
