I always wondered who makes those (kinds of toys). Nowadays cheap factories in China are better kitted out to make stuff to spec, but when they mainly did rip-offs in the 90s they demonstrated a poor grasp of English, let alone nuanced humour, so was it someone designing, making and packaging these things out of a garage in England or the US?
