Just want to reinterpret that.
More than a million UK customers acquired fake goods knowing they are probably just as good as the real thing in terms of a fashion statement without the worry.

Oddly specific estimate.
Presumably they based it on some assumed factor.
"We have found 19 fakes, and we account for 8% of the market, therefor there must be 1010572 fakes out there" -

Do you want a hamilton strap? Have been meaning to list it.

How much would you be asking? Might be handy in future if I want a khaki mechanical and the canvas option is cheaper (hence the Timex as a test bed, 1/3rd the price of the RRP).
Minor nag is the crown a tad on the small side.

I'm on the lookout for a relatively modestly priced daily type watch.
I've been on the lookout in my local adverts for a bargain, roughly looking out for a Turtle, Tuna, Monster etc.I've happened upon a bunch of Seikonaut mods, hadn't seen one before but I've long lusted after a Nautilus/ Aquanaut, what's the consensus... cool or naff?

Took delivery of this today - feels as nice as I knew it would but I don’t know how I’ll bring myself to wear it outside for the first time 🤣

New (to me) watch day. Kind of fancied one of these when they came out and spotted a reasonably cheap one on ebay:
And with its big brother:

The research shows that 16% of fake watches broke after only a small amount of usage.
Meaning the rest are looking lasting but cheaper and nice looking?

I am likely to let the SLA017 go and keep the SJE093. They’re just too similar to justify having both. So the SLA is for sale.
Full set with box and papers, the (unused) steel bracelet, keeps very accurate time, bezel click spring recently replaced by Seiko. If anyone’s interested, DM me.

I missed them again but picked one up from ebay for £50 bnib. Why someone is bothering to buy a watch for £45 then sell for £50 I won't question.

Postie hopefully dropping @PawG seamaster off to me tomorrow! Super excited. Can anyone recommend a nice quality leather 18mm strap (preferably brown but might get a black one too)? Bark and jack one? Be good to buy one in person so I can see it first but that’s unlikely this day and age

Are they losing sales to ebay perhaps?
