There are bike fitters who can offer a 'lite' fit/consultation for this if you are unsure

Oh really? You able to share some more details pls?

The main thing was the ride, fit and finish for me - pretty sure I'm a Small based on their sizing guides

canyon size guide is shit, roadlite isnt much of an issue but if you get integrated cockpit bike you are basically looking at £300+ more to get the right combo
