I thought the clamping force from the bracket would be sufficient - possibly with a bit of double sided tape to hold everything in place during assembly?
If you want nyloc, the swept volume for the Tara needs to move across to make space for it - possibly not a bad thing in that it would allow some (slight) variation in height according to orientation when fitting. Alternatively, the clamping surface for the bracket could be a larger diameter - my arbitrary 25mm is probably on the small side anyway.
Picture assumes M4 nyloc + M4 x 10 pan head screw. By way of attempting a higher level hack / bodge, it would be interesting to see if I can upload the .stl file, and what your slicing software at work makes of it...

maybe with a hole and position for captive nyloc nut it so it can be secured?
