Bit of a mystery one this - at its heart is a nice lugged steel frame with horizontal dropouts + mudguard eyelets but no hole for a rear brake or derailleur hanger - so coaster (currently) or a fixed winter build would work
Few paint chips from locking up on toptube ( pictured) but stored inside so frame is sound no dents no rust

I’ve also fitted a cheap front brake to make it road legal + it’s rideable but could do with a little tlc.
