Sturmey do a 'track' crankset but iirc it's 130bcd and don't come shorter than 170mm so not what everyone is looking for for their fixie.
If you must stick with square taper then I quite like Stronglight Track 2000. They're going to be north of £100 new nowadays but show up second hand fairly regularly.
Just make sure to avoid Miche!
Personally I'm not too fussed about 5mm length or the bcd so rather than the Sturmey cranks I like using Hollowtech road cranks. You can get older 105s or even Ultegras in 170mm/130bcd for pretty cheap and they'll be a lot more solid than cheap square taper stuff.
