I'm sure I read a few months ago that hooked bar end plugs were being banned on the track under UCI rules but now I can't find it, can anyone help me?
I've reread through the clarification guide of the UCI technical regulation and can't see it, now I'm wondering if I misread it or imagined it maybe.
