It’s probably bigger than you’re picturing, but it should run fine on 13a and water and waste plumbing is pretty simple especially if it’s near the sink.
You could run it off a flojet pump and run the waste into a bucket.
You’ll still be better off going out for espresso and making filter at home 😉
