Skinsuit not bib shorts? Based on their website their skinsuits cost between £200 and £500... Skinsuits don’t appear to be in women’s collection so assume this is men’s. Size 4 would be 38-39 inch chest size. 2018 commonwealth games kit - maybe they sold it at the time or it could be team kit?
Though fair few kalas GB skinsuits on eBay for similar price
