You lot heard of html hyperlinks? They're these really easy to copy/paste strings of text that take you to different places on the WWW allowing the quick sharing of information.

Love your work!

Have you heard of this amazing service that allows you to find such links quickly and easily? It’s called a search engine.

Replying to a 2 month old comment about aero clothing in running:
I think there’s some regulation about track events and clothing, a bit like swimming.
The longer distance stuff uses pacemakers and groups (think the sub 2 effort) to achieve what it can. 100 -800 m I don’t know how much a skin suit would save you / is it allowed. -

Yeah and do you know what you don't need to waste time with if users included their references? You've read it somewhere - link it!
PSA ends.

Downhill MTB banned or made a rule to prevent skinsuits. waves at Sam Hill

But if you watched the Worlds this year
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCWG1-PZgHo
you'd see almost all of them are running super tight trousers and tops - almost looking like they're skinsuits - definitely shaped and tight compared to the old "cool" flappy stuff that UCI wanted over skinnies.

Now you're getting the hang of it. Thanks. blows kisses

Still seems odd to me that in events where tenths and hundreds of second count that there haven't been any moves to think about aero clothing or pressure from companies like Nike to open whole new selling opportunities.

If that's aimed at me, I just had to go back and look at what Chalfie was even replying to. I'd forgotten. I'm still upset about the skinsuit ban in DH.
Like I'm ever passive in my aggression.

If the shoe fits, as andy has found out today....

(the love in between hippy and andy brought me here)
I think the thinking is :
it's so marginal over such short distances (a bit like when RPM (remember him?) pointed out the overall size of that aussie sprinter with the beard and how little shaving his beard would make a difference). Plus they wear the arm sleeves/micro bladed tape to help airflow.Sprinters are weird though, they want to show off and look amaze.
Middle distance runners just want to be comfortable right? -
• #9143
But no, not you, my blubbery sweetheart.
-
• #9144
Skin tight jersey and pants are still allowed, as long as they're sold for that purpose.

Now I'm wondering what doping would go on in DH events. 'roids and weed :)
-
• #9146
I mean, they still pin jerseys with paper and pins in IOC events.
-
• #9148
Oh yeah Giove, I remember that. There was a Canadian dude busted for weed too. I can't remember if it was in his piss or if he was traveling with it though.
