I'll throw in a weird suggestion and say towel rail over end of bath

Have thought about this. Might be that it rules out or restricts anything that's electrically powered.

It will also be the only source of heat for the room so we're looking at quite a tall one which might rule it out from being above the bath.

Could flirt with electric underfloor...? Costly to run but it's a small room, so...
