The vanity unit we're going for might be a bit wide to fit between the shower and bath - or if it did it would be a squeeze which I think is why we went off that idea.
Also - useful information I missed off - the back wall (where you've put sink) has lower headroom which would make it harder to install a wall cabinet.

If you’re asking for thoughts, I’d say why not put the sink where the towel rail is? Freeing up space for a bigger shower while giving more space. Prob keep the toilet in the same place too, build out wall for concealed cistern and storage above.
