Northwall Road E20 aka Ghost Road appreciation society

I've seen loads of filming being done on the road, but not spotted many finished articles.

I have spotted it on a Cazoo advert, an Audi advert and also Dot Cotton had a crash on it some years ago.

Any other sightings? Should I get out a bit more?

I just searched "Northwall" on my phone and discovered that I had at least 80 photos of that iconic kilometre. I will deny you the joy that might be obtained by my sharing them all as sharing them as it might be a little much on a Wednesday evening.

Content is lacking

No sightings from me but does anyone know why it was built then never used?

Did they incorporate it into the Olympic Park so London had somewhere to film things?

Can I be allowed a boast post. I hold one and only one Strava KOM and that is for 100 km of Northwall Road. I do hope by posting this I don't tempt anyone to try to take my KOM. I would just say that 900 speed bumps is not something to recommend.

i've wheelied my jump bike from the junction at the far end ( leyton side ) up to pretty much where i'm standing, must go back and complete the mission sometime
