Is it a pin or a mini spring bar? I am sure a decent watchmaker could replace that

The pin is easily replaceable and I could continue nursing it, but if you zoom in on the first photo you'll see that one of the pin "holders" (?) has snapped and that's why the pin kept trying to eject itself.
