I can't see how "it wasn't me guv" can possibly be an acceptable defence these days unless the product was one of the ones where they independently test every batch, e.g. https://sport.wetestyoutrust.com/sites/default/files/generated-pdf/file.pdf and the defence is supported by reanalysis of the retained batch sample.
It has long been known that you can't trust supplements to
- Contain what they say they do
- Not contain a load of other shit
- Have the effects claimed in the advertisements
But at least you have taken reasonable precautions against #2 if you stick to independently tested and certified products.
