I've seen lots of reports of quality issues with the threaded nuts failing on dhb shoes letting down otherwise good vfm products.

It's not clear if they are bonded in from the outside or the more standard design inserted from the inside (with tabs stopping them falling out).
If its the latter, a replacement might be found somewhere easily and cheaply, assuming the carbon sole around the holes is is sound.

I ordered two of these in 25mm at first, not knowing beforehand that they usually come up a bit narrow. If anyone wants it I'm happy to part with it for £30 in London to save the faff of return!

Yeah, bought 27mm and it barely came up to 25mm. Good deal nonetheless and happy with the purchase

They've sent me the wrong dry bags. I notified customer support about it and they half-acknowledged my complaint and told me to return and order again.

The wrong dry bags have just showed up for the second time. Now too late to correct this before my upcoming trip! Pack of clowns.
