I've started four different sentences, and the despair I feel will be nothing compared to those close to the lady who lost her life on such a lovely London morning.

I've never crossed the river via that bridge and having just looked at it on streetview I never will.

Not clear yet that it was intentional however.
An HGV wouldn't feel a thing so the driver may not have been aware. Which is not to excuse their driving as ultimately if they hit someone, they were driving too close. -

RIP Lady Rider. That bridge is horrific, always works going on making it a squeeze at times.

I avoid it at all costs. It's too narrow with no way to bail out of trouble.

RIP .. horrible bridge, basically you need to take a primary position, no alternative. The railing and huge curbs on both sides are scary, sadly yet again predictable.

So so sad. Love to their family and friends. Agree such a horrible bridge and needs to better prioritise cyclist safety.
