  • I checked the usual shops who sell those in Europe, and afterwards asked a German frame builder whose bikes are mostly built around these tyres. Jan Heine (I always say the Ken Rockwell of the bike world) rode one of his bikes with - now also not available - black 55 millimeters knobby tyres, I can’t spell the name of the model.

    Great, I don’t know anything about having a tyre business, I guess an amount of money is needed to prototype, and check the minimum order quantity? No kickstarter. Great would be to produced at some European tyre company in contrast to the US niche brands ordering at Panaracer. It would be easier for traveling and communication, same time zone, etc

  • Maybe just get Schwalbe to make a g-one speed on the g-one all round 27.5 x 2.25 carcass?

    Maybe the all round would suit you enough actually?
