I need this but smaller for my partner. Anyone have anything similar but suitable for someone who is littler (5ft tall)?

@Quincy I have a good quality Dutch bike that my partner's sister left behind when she moved back to Canada. It has a Nexus 7 hub gear and step through frame with front basket and pannier rack/guards. Can measure and send pics when home
