    Far better in my view is a quantity of movable camera that can be relocated in one of many locations. In situ you can’t tell if the camera is present or not.
    The current system of fixed and visible cameras is ridiculous and self-defeating.

    The 40mph limit being enforced by average speed cameras on the A10 between Enfield and the M25 has made it much much calmer. Far fewer people driving like loons.

    Sadly, we still get people racing up and down the rest of the A10 whenever there's a car meet in the retail park's carpark. Good luck getting to sleep before 1am on those nights.
