Pinarello are just jumping on the coattails of Mondraker's XC bikes I reckon:
I'm not saying it's pretty, but at least Pinarello haven't integrated the stem too! -
Pina’s last Dogma XC had assymetric seatstays, it was a lot more normal looking.
Looking odd is part of Pinarello’s brand identity.
Manufacturers/Brands need to do stuff like this to differentiate themselves from other brands.

Don't mind that at all, personally. I mean, it's not the prettiest of things, but not anti in my eyes aside from the weedy front rotor that is. It's got lines like the early 2010's Mondraker Forward Geometry bikes.
And is that a Shimano sticker on the chainstay, but a SRAM drivetrain?!
