That was Aug 2020 Streetview, of course, people continued to drive too fast down that road so they put in a proper sinusoidal speedbump by Jun 2021: https://goo.gl/maps/GCv7ZPLDaKxkY3xS6 (the fake ones are still there behind the camera).
