I think they are worth a couple of hundred quid tops. Tubs are not to everyone's taste and I recently picked up a pair of what I consider to be a better spec of wheel than these for less.
Don't get me wrong, these are great wheels but in an ever shrinking market for tubs

Thanks for the reply.
Pretty much what I expected tbh.
I think £120 plus P & P (About £20 with the right insurance me thinks) seems a pretty fair price.
I'll put them up for sale later today.
If they were mine and I had a nice man cave, I think I'd keep them and display them.
Alas, I don't, so I won't.Thanks for the advice.

No problem.
They are really nice wheels. I have a bit of a hub/wheel obsession tbh. At your proposed price they should sell.

With banked corners and no hills, the track admittedly isn't where all the advantages of tubs can shine, but given the near-zero puncture risk it seems a bit strange they're going away... Any idea why?
-
• #2581
I don't agree that there is a near zero puncture risk. They're better than clinchers in that you can ride on them if they puncture but the cost of replacement and the faff of stretching and taping the new tyre can be off putting.
I've got one I need to replace, I've nchers on my ride until i can sort the tub which will be a 3 day-ish affair when purchased. -

Any thoughts on a price for these wheels as not using them since selling my Mr Pink so just gathering dust and dirt in storage. Son Delux and Chris King classic hub on H Plus Son rims. Well used but still perfect working order for both. Some wear on the rims. I've got the Chris King hub ends also so can be run at 130mm or 135mm. Thanks

Mixed ultegra/ grx hydro mechanical cross groupset…?
-
• #2584
Those wheels are tricky to price. Absolute quality components but the SON hub is a specific market. I’d dangle them at £250 depending on rim wear. If the hubs had been colour matched probably a little more

Cheers will have a think what to do with them.

Any advice on pricing an ALAN super record Frameset? It’s in pretty great nick. Comes with a tricolour crankset.

What is the going rate for an Ultegra 11spd Di2 Hydro Groupset in good condition?
Full groupset needed including batteries and junction box. -
• #2591
But of an odd one, thinking of changing my frameset for a more do it all bike instead of a gnarly Drop bar single track bike that I have currently, so just wondering costs to weigh it all up.

Seeking advice from the hive mind please.
I'm likely clearing this Giant Defy Advanced out to make way for a DI2 Disc braked technological marvel.
Its a 2013 model.
Frame, forks, seatpost & Saddle are original.
Upgraded to R8050 Ultegra. Cero Ar30 wheels. 4iii power meter NDS, prime carbon bars, pro-vibe stem and box fresh GP5000s fitted at the weekend and unridden.
I'd like to sell on the forum at a below market price
Is £750 too fruity ?
Thanks.

What could I ask for a 1989 front wheel that belonged to the ADR team (1989: the year they won the Tour with Greg Lemond)?

What is the going rate for a Brompton P6R?
Had them listed here for £980 with cover and bag, approx 2014 model, used once or twice but stored in a garage so need a quick clean.Somebody helpful said they were overpriced (friendly way to kill an advert for somebody then not reply with any more wisdom), but I went off the cheapest I could find online and took a chunk off...
Realise it's a bad time of year etc etc.
£950, 900 surely?
Pointers are appreciated 🙏
Will donate to forum if they sell here.

Hi guys
So I've had this bike for about 8 years now, bought it from some bloke in Milton Keynes primarily for a 1000km 2 week tour of France. It's a 64cm Peugeot Pantera frame with upgraded components.
Since the tour, it's sort of just been in storage and used randomly here and there when my beater commuter was out of action or when I needed to get somewhere fast. I basically never use it and it's being neglected.
My daily bike was stolen recently, so I need something to commute on. I have this bike but I've never wanted to use it daily as it's not fit for purpose for one, and it'd likely get stolen too (I live in Copenhagen).
So I'm in a bit of a dilemma on what to do, it's a bit sentimental so I've been hesitant to sell it, but if I were to sell it whole, what would it be worth? I've also been thinking to strip it down and convert to a single speed commuter beater with budget parts. If I were to do this, any idea on what the Campagnolo parts are worth? In the back of my mind I've also been hoping I'll get the urge to do another tour someday so there's that.
Anyway, let me know your thoughts. Cheers.

Haha yeah, took me a bit of googling to round back to that thread.. I still don't know what the hell I'm looking at :D
I'm selling these for my m8. He owns my LBS but he can't sell these in the shop as there are complex insurance issues if he gets involved in selling used parts; who knew ?
They are in A1 condition.
These are the wheels:
Mavic Mach 2 CD2.
Double Stainless Steel eyelets.
Hard Anodized Treatment 650 HV.
Hubs:
Front: Campagnolo.
Rear: Campagnolo Italy Brev.
British, 1.370 x 24 this BSC.
15t Sprocket.
Tyres:
Continental 27" , 22mm Tempo 22.
I can only find one other set like these but they're in the USA for $650. I think he's got two hopes at that price.
I'm completely out of my comfort zone with these.
I can see they are in stunning condition and as to their desirability/value, I will be solely guided by members on here.
I'm based in Gloucestershire but I will post them.
Any guidance would be most appreciated as I hope to list them for sale this evening or tomorrow morning !
