They’ll be set training times that the national teams can ride on it, where sometimes the security people can be a bit over zealous, but generally I’ve found that it’s pretty straightforward to ride a Worlds circuit.
Anecdotally, there were loads of people riding it yesterday before and after the Elite Mens race.

Anyone know if any old punter with a bike can do a lap of the UCI Road circuit in Glasgow sneakily or are they pretty on it?
