For Sale: Masi Prestige 1983, 56cm, Chorus 11spd

I saw some of @retrodicorsa s bikes yesterday. Thing about them is they aren't beautiful but clunky period pieces with stupid gearing and shonky steering. They are viable alternatives to a modern everyday road bikes at better prices and with better build quality for the most part. I'm going to claim one myself and it won't be hanging on the wall.

After a few enquiries about this, I just want to clarify the F&F thing - I'm sure I mentioned somewhere but I've had to strip some bikes down to make space, however any frame you might want to buy I'm more than happy to build it up again with the groupset of your choice (Campag only!) - I have classic silver 10 & 11spd (Veloce/Athena) plus 11spd Chorus and Record currently available in stock (new and used parts), oh and Centaur 11spd too. Most of what I have done over the last 15yrs has been bespoke 'MOGOF' builds, and you get to choose most all aspects of the build and then I make it happen, so bear that in mind too. So I'm not giving up, just trying to reduce - part of the reason some of these don't get ridden any more is it's got so hard to get them out of the door on occasion! Any complete bike bought from me comes with full after-sales backup and a year's free servicing (parts not included).

Just to say super impressed by @retrodicorsa handiwork - the bike I've picked up is impeccably built and tuned and a dream to ride. He was super helpful with swapping groupsets and components. Plus walking into his workshop was like walking into aladdin's cave! Buy with confidence - have a bump for the remaining bikes on the thread - the (good) photos don't do them justice.
