My favourite bit though is "criminally increasing Crr needlessly"
"Hookless absolutely not working. Welcome to the bike industry. Putting lives at risk for the sake of saving a few bob on tooling cost. Exploding at the rated pressure (5 bar) with 0 safety factor. Please watch and share this video. Conti state a 25mm 5k TR and max 21mm internal rim is a safe combination. The fact that the ETRTO and brands can't agree on what is a safe mix is a massive red flag and we should not adopt this until something is done about it. Even Conti have stated they're only working to a 130% safety factor on hookless pressure which is worrying. What are the virtues of hookless again? There are no benefits. Tubeless maybe, but hookless is a cost cutting exercise in tooling. Ask the factories. And 5 bar on a narrow 25 or 28mm tyres is way too low for 85+kg riders on smooth roads. That is criminally increasing Crr needlessly. Stick to hooks and 5k TR tyres, tubes or tubeless if you like messing about."

Funny, I've been riding 10 mile TTs all year on 700×25 GP4K at 5 bar front, 5.5 bar rear at 105kg, and I'm not fully convinced that it isn't a bit more than I need.
130% according to the video ranter...
