  • I would imagine circa 100-200 UK Pounds for a frame in good nick...

  • What's up with the continuous red groove on the driveside from seat lug over top tube over downtube to bottom bracket?

  • I think they come out and you hide the cables underneath

  • I think it would be worth whatever asking price but the shipping would scare me...

Full disclosure: I'm not in the UK

    They look cool

  • If there's a road frame, would it fetch more? This one went for £595 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/334929158863 This one went for $700. https://www.ebay.com/itm/305037510843

If 1987 or earlier I think they could be advertised as Eroica gear? Road.cc says Vitus or ALAN aluminium frames are allowed if they have screwed or glued joints. Add 6 x 2 Dura Ace 7400. Be comfy on a bendy frame. Overtake the people pushing their '40s contraptions up the hills. (Does anyone do this sort of thing? Maybe it invites death by tutting.)

  • If I had the money I’d just buy most of his old stock and resell it!
He has boxes of shimano dura ace track and road components from 80’s 90’s, colnago star 1” carbon ahead forks nos, hundreds of same period new rims for road/mtb and loads more Chris king Thomson etc……

  • So tempting! Maybe you could risk getting a few interest free credit cards? https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/best-0-credit-cards/ (N.B. I am not qualified to advise. Actually I got £30k this way when I was desperate. Never paid it back.)
