Not seen any love/hate/comments about the bb54 and not seen that anyone has one. I might have not been online at the time. What was the consensus? I think it looks great

They look great in the photos just felt too small even on my skinny 17cm wrist compared to my 58. There a couple of details I really liked in the 54 I just prefer how the 58 wears. It's not really controversial enough to find any love/hate comments mostly a slight lean towards one or another

Reading that makes sense. I expect if I'd had it on for some time or even tried it on having not worn a watch into the store the smaller size wouldn't have been as much of a shock. I just took of my fairy chunky 40mm SBGN019 and tried the 54 on quickly so that probably made it feel even smaller. Anyone looking at a 58 should try the 54 on as well. I can't imagine anyone with one buying the other as well. As a 58 owner I'm far more excited about the rumoured blue Pelagos 39 or a white dial 58 GMT

Agree, tried it on at Battersea and liked it way more than I thought I would, personally prefer it to the 58.

They were dreadful then, and they are dreadful now, the hype / flipping was ten times more dreadful.
