Almost none.
With a tight sparkler you are adding resistance but essentially you’re pulling a small amount of fluid through a restricted pipe and it will only flow so fast. Pull as hard as you like its only flowing so fast and can’t compress so where you see people rippling muscles on a pump just send them to a class on basic fluid dynamics and tell them to calm down.
