Why didn't you snap it from the front? :P
I would also opt for an RS4, moot point as I don't have the money for either. I'm trying to scratch that itch by getting an E91 335i though!

Personally I avoid parking at the end of bays like that. Just asking to be scraped up by a nissan juke.
and my car is shit!

They're great looking things. Saw one near Cambridge the other day in a matte silver.
Front is still fugly though.

end of days
But yeah, supermarket car parks are where unmarked cars go to die

of course.... if i had the money i'd actually go for the taycan turismo :--)

Looks way too busy and aggro imo; like it's snarling and straining to take a dump... and don't even mention the front...

Busy and aggro
100%. Just looks cheap, more Honda Civic/boy racer than German racing prestige. Again, moot point as I’m too skint to even dream of one.

Looks good for a Macdonald's carpark meet. Alpina thanks.

Waitrose carpark..golf bat thread?

Especially as they parked over the white line...

There's some logic to the position .. Parked at the end and well over in the space to avoid the usual parking door dings on either side ..
-
• #75238
Yeah my first thoughts, an X5 having a prolapse

Looks way too busy and aggro imo
that is fair. it is a bit on the chavvy side.... feel the same way about the newest rs6

Not a surprise. They've not made a good estate car since the XC70 was discontinued imo.

shame that. fuck all these awful SUVs

• #75244
Agreed

• #75245
They fucked it when they changed the boot/bumper design tbh

Shit.
It sounds a bit sad, but having a nice Volvo estate was sort of a life goal.

Having a car here would be very handy for getting to places with the mountain bike, but I still can’t make myself buy one in order to use it one day per week. Issue with using cabs is that they won’t pick me up if I’m muddy, and it’s always muddy here.

Same - a moderately fast Volvo has been the next car I was going to buy for a few years.
Guess it'll be ok as I wouldn't have bought new, but still a bit of a shame.

I guess the prices will drop now? But will get steadily riskier getting hold of spare parts.

Other way round I’d guess - the demand remains the same but supply decreases.
Mate just bought a 2019 v90 cross country and I must admit it’s very nice.
first time seeing one parked up - very nice... still think i'd rather have an rs4 avant though
