because it's all popping up with 'via Microsoft Edge' then I'm guessing they've accepted some extension that's been offered on a spammy website and then also accepted that Windows notifications should show notifications from the browser.
I'd start by putting
edge://extensions/in the browser address and then removing any that you don't recognise
