Yeah that's where my searches have been heading, gears down the road wouldn't be a bad thing. Kepler would be nice but not many smaller sizes around atm.

If it's single speed rather than fixed, you can just use a freehub wheel with single cog and a tensioner surely. So any cross bike with guard bosses.
QR might slow down your search though. You'll be looking for something from about 2015 or earlier
