Reg windows, you could do the small side ones pvc and the front and back alu which might be a way to save a bit (but prob not).
Another trick is to board out the inside once the windows are fitted making the profiles smaller from the inside. 11 is a lot of windows, which isn’t going to be cheap!

Looks great, lots of glass. I wonder what the slimmest sight line possible is with upvc. I need to do 11 windows :/
