Reg windows, you could do the small side ones pvc and the front and back alu which might be a way to save a bit (but prob not).
Another trick is to board out the inside once the windows are fitted making the profiles smaller from the inside. 11 is a lot of windows, which isn’t going to be cheap!

personal experience of having ~30 identical 60s houses that ours is part of (that are all strictly still the same due to estate covenants/enforcement)
- a handful have the original single glazed, metal framed windows
- vast majority have had them replaced with UPVC double glazing over the years
- ours has 'thin profile' aluminum windows (fitted by previous owners)
the styles of all three had to be identical in shape/layout, but if you're actually looking the aluminum ones look so much better, like the original they have noticeable more glass and noticeable less frame than the others. Definitely worth it IMO.
