I think it is too sketchy, i would consider using the lower eyelets. Fundamentally a triangle is static and if the bolts are tightened it is fine, but if some slight and invisible play develops, then the eyelets will start taking efforts.
I’ll see if I can get some longer struts and get it down to the second set of bosses. Would prefer not to lose my teeth.
