Hey,
yepp its made out of Zona. And the fork is cromor.Wait time was approx. 4 month but I demanded a flat fork crown and therefore it took longer then planed. (even in framebuilding there is some sortage apperently)
I would rather not like to talk about pricing publicly. But let me be really clear that Jacek prices are realllly competitve and fair! Reach out to him to get a quote.

Realized that I never got round to post the little beast that Jacek built for me last summer and that I assembled this autumn.
A few iterations later, the « singlocross » bike is definitely my favourite bike ever!

Took the Orlowski out for a ride, nice riding bike that haven't seen much use lately.
I currently don't have a drop bar bike, so a re-build to a "fixed road" seems a very reasonable project for the near future.

thought I'm gonna share my orlowski. it was super cheap on german kleinanzeigen bc a partially knackered thread in the bb. fiddled with some bb's I had in the parts bin and seems to be rock solid now with a token square taper. forks are 1 " ahead with shim

Classy!
Recently found an old pic of mine.
I upgraded this gnarly thing with SUG75 later on - then sold it 2 years or so ago

I wonder if Orlowski is still building? Not much update on his instagram and fb page.

he was never into the modern social media world, so that means nothing

Dredge but what a great bike!

I live in the real world and still build frames and make many usual things.

Vewy good.
What's the effective rake of the orange one? The BMX style dropouts look quite far forward! -
• #245
Normally if drawing has been followed both should have 55mm rake 😊

Jacek apparently started building frames for Fern; https://theradavist.com/2024-bespoked-dresden-fern-bicycles-chuck-gravel-touring-bike/

Old post but the yellow colour on the first bike is lovely. Is it a RAL?
-
• #248
Yes, I requested to Jacek the paint to be RAL1002 (sand yellow), which in reality ils a lovely beige/very light brown. You might find more representative pictures than mine on the web 😊

Seeing this thread has prompted me to pump up the tyres and go for a ride (photo from a few years ago, no editing/filter - not least as I don’t know how - really was like that)

Nice, is it Columbus Zona? I'm interested in how long you had to wait and how much did the frame cost.
