No cable going into the rear brake hole on the down tube.
Both calves at 12 oclock.

I dont recognize the frame but could be thats its made to be compatible both with normal routing (empty hole on downtube) and a system like FSA ACR (hidden through stem)

something to do with a guy called coach leian Cruz

that's as far as I could be bothered to look into it
