Maybe oil pressure sensor is conking out? I've personally only had the light come on once, and it ended up being MAP sensor.
Obviously I'm going super broad over here as they're totally different bikes; but the architecture for Triumph diagnostics should be similar-ish.
I bought this, but got zero results from it. Seems to be highly rated, so well worth a punt?

Engine Warning Light solid amber.
So no way to diagnose.
However, after a long run on A roads and M25 it's gone. 🤷♂️
