Ah, when you said suit I envisaged a suit suit, not a jacket and trousers type of affair.
You do you if its casual. Though, I think a pair of trousers that sit higher on your natural waist would look better. You look pretty tall, but the length of those trousers are making your legs look shorter than they probably actually are?
Yeah, I wouldn't wear tan trousers with that jacket unless they were cut from the same cloth.
Can't really go wrong with a Drake's chambray, but don't know what your budget is.

I mean the wedding pic i posted above was casual. I'm 198cm so yeah, fairly tall.
Safe to say that a £200 is not within my budget!
I'll have a think about a pair of trousers with a different cut. Are we collectively comfortable with a combo of chambray shirt, navy/dark blue trousers, brown brogues, and the linen jacket from above would work? A previous posted said ditch the belt... is it that specific belt that offends or is it case going for a more minimalistic no belt at all?
tbf the instruction was to dress casual! But I don't mind wearing some nicer shoes either. Brown brogues or something else?
I don't have matching trousers. If I were to buy a pair, it would be good to get some that would work as a standalone pair. I do have a nice pair of looser fit tan cotton trousers but i feel tan wouldn't pair well with the greyer tones of the jacket?
Any recommendations for a chambray shirt? I'm quite tall so need something long but still reasonably fitted?
