I've seen traffic cars with nothing to do twice this week in Brixton. But it's rare, as you say. Haven't seen a traffic bike for years.

Their ANPR alerts are popping off constantly in London’s famous. Unless your whip is flagged as ‘wanted’ for involvement in a more serious crime, feds are unlikely to give a flying fuck.

A criminal offence. It's hard to enforce - it makes you immune to all the cameras. But if plod sees it and checks it, a chase is guaranteed.
