Thanks to @andyp s patience I finally can talk about tyres!!
So I have Schwable G-one bite 33mm on at the mo I’m guessing these are an ok all rounder to start with?

I've not used them myself, but know of others who are very happy with them.

You'll find out for yourself on Friday.

They are fast, good grip in the loose stuff, maybe lack a little bite over roots, dunno in the mud (but shouldn't be a feature for this weekend I'd think)
