Will flipping and turning it salvage it do you think? Worth a try but might be to late
Probably recommended for all mattresses (not just vac-pac ones) every couple of months or soEdit after another read of your post; Shouldn't be noticeable after such a short time

It’s a one-sided design so can’t be flipped. We’ve rotated it several times at the manufacturer-prescribed intervals, but the divot isn’t vertically-centred, so just follows the rotation (there are two divots which align with my body shape and position regardless of rotation).
Not mustered the time/effort to contact Simba about it yet… really should, as it cost a flipping grand!!

We have a Simba, for the last year.
It was great for a while, but developed a massive divot on my side after a few months, that’s getting progressively worse. It’s basically ruined for me.
Dunno whether it’s a manufacturing flaw, or because I’m 93Kg.
