IANAL (probably just as well because of the next statement), but that looks pretty libelous to my untrained eyes.
Presumably, they passed it all through their own lawyers - hopefully the same ones that kept losing all the other cases...
Edit - they won't care if it is libel, as long as it does the appropriate amount of damage - the donors will just pick up the tab
